Service Centre
SENIOR FACILITIES AND PROPERTY MANAGER (Ref : SPM/W)
  • Degree in Housing Management, Facilities Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant managerial experience
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale residential / commercial composite estate and separate residential and I/O buildings
  • Member of RPHM, CIH, HKIFM or HKIH is preferable
  • Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Committed to continuous improvement
ASSISTANT / FACILITIES AND PROPERTY MANAGER (Ref : PM/W)
  • Diploma in Housing Management, Facilities Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant managerial experience
  • Member of RPHM, CIH, HKIFM or HKIH is preferable
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Committed to continuous improvement
SENIOR PROPERTY OFFICER (Ref: SPO/W)
  • Diploma in Housing Management or related disciplines
  • 4 years of experience in property management field
  • Assist Property Manager to oversee and monitor the day-to-day property management functions
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
PROPERTY OFFICER (Ref: PO/W)
  • Diploma in Housing Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of solid experience in property management field
  • Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Officer


Club House
RECREATION OFFICER (Ref: RO/W)
  • Diploma in Recreation Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in prestige clubhouse, hotel or similar establishments
  • Outgoing personality, self-motivated, diligent and customer oriented
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Shift duty and work on weekend and public holidays is required
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Recreation Officer
RECREATION ASSISTANT (Ref: RA/W)
  • Form 5 or above
  • Assist daily operation, organize activities and handle customer enquiries in clubhouse
  • Self-motivated, diligent, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Proficient in using MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Shift duty and work on weekend and public holidays is required

Technical
TECHNICAL MANAGER (Ref: TM/W)
  • Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant managerial experience, preferably with company engaged in property development or project management
  • Member of CIBSE and HKIE or equivalent
  • Certificate holder or Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade B)
  • Well versed with relevant ordinances and ISO9001, 14001, H&S implementation
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Result-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Manager
ENGINEER (Ref: ENGR/W)
  • Degree / Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property & facilities maintenance
  • Monitor property maintenance, building renovation and E&M facilities operation, etc
  • Hands-on experience in preparing technical specifications for the works
  • Registered Electrical Worker (Grade B) or formal on-job training in Building Surveying is an advantage
  • Able to work independently and self-motivated
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Technical Officer
TECHNICAL OFFICER (Ref: TO/W)
  • Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in property & facilities management
  • Registered Electrical Worker (Grade B)
  • Monitor daily R&M for residential buildings & shopping mall
  • Familiar with MVAC system would be an advantage
  • Initiative and strong leadership skills
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Officer
工程督導 (Ref: TS/W)
  • 持有註冊電器工人A牌(持B牌者優先)
  • 須持有有效平安咭
  • 具五年有關工作經驗,而其中三年有實際領導經驗
技術員 (Ref: TECH/W)
  • 中三或以上程度
  • 須持有註冊電器工人A牌及有效平安咭
  • 具三年或以上大廈 / 商場水電冷氣保養維修經驗
  • 具物業管理、裝修及控制電路經驗者優先考慮

  • 中學程度;操流利廣東話,懂英語者更佳
  • 具8年或以上保安督導級或紀律部隊工作經驗
  • 能書寫流暢中文,例如罪案調查報告
  • 能獨立處事及進行罪案調查工作
  • 端正人生觀及熱誠工作態度
  • 良好溝通技巧、有敏銳觀察能力及保安警覺
  • 必須持保安人員許可證及最近3年修讀認可保安培訓課程證書
總物業督察(Ref : CBS/W)
  • 操流利廣東話,懂英語者更佳
  • 具5年保安經驗及其中三年主管級經驗
  • 能獨立處理日常保安事件,包括突發事件應變、培訓下屬保安知識、處理顧客查詢/投訴
  • 必須持保安人員許可證及最近3年修讀認可保安培訓課程證書
物業督察 (Ref : BS/W)
  • 操流利廣東話,懂英語者優先考慮
  • 12小時當值
  • 具3年保安經驗及其中1年主管級經驗
  • 監察及能獨立處理日常保安運作,包括突發事件應變、培訓下屬保安知識、處理顧客查詢/投訴
  • 必須持保安人員許可證及最近3年修讀認可保安培訓課程證書
  • 具較少經驗者可獲考慮為助理物業督察
管業服務助理 (Ref : MSA/W)
  • 9小時當值
  • 操流利廣東話,懂英語者優先考慮
  • 2年保安經驗
