ACCOUNTING OFFICER (Ref: ACCTO/W)
- Form 5 or above with LCC Higher or equivalent
- 5 years' relevant experience, preferably with experience in property management company
- Prepare full set of books and records, and handle customers' enquiries
- Independent, attentive to details with analytical skills, responsible and be able to work under pressure
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accounting Officer

ACCOUNTS CLERK (Ref: ACCT CLK/W)
- Form 5 with LCC Intermediate or equivalent
- 2 years' relevant experience
- Prepare full set of books and records, and handle customers enquiries
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Experience in handling autopay service system of financial institution is preferable

PROPERTY MANAGER (Ref: PM/W)
- Diploma in Housing Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years relevant managerial experience
- Proven experience in managing large-scale residential estates / commercial composite estate and separate residential and I/O buildings
- Member of RPHM, CIH or HKIH is preferable
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Manager

SENIOR PROPERTY OFFICER (Ref: SPO/W)
- Diploma in Housing Management or related disciplines
- 4 years' experience in property management field
- Assist Property Manager to oversee and monitor the day-to-day property management functions
- Able to work under pressure and independently

- Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility

- Diploma in Recreation Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years' related experience in prestige clubhouse, hotel or similar establishments with 2 years in managerial capacity
- Sound management and leadership skills with good interpersonal relationship
- Creative thinking and strong drive to introduce new service
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin and Japanese is an advantage

- Monitor property maintenance, building renovation and E&M facilities operation, etc
- Hands-on experience in preparing technical specifications for the works
- Registered Electrical Worker (Grade B) or formal on-job training in Building Surveying is an advantage
- Able to work independently and self-motivated
