Goodwell Property Management Limited ("Goodwell") was established in 1981. A wholly-owned subsidiary of Cheung Kong (Holdings) Limited, we are dedicated to fulfilling our mission of "Improving Quality of Life", and we strongly believe that the provision of quality management services adds immeasurable value to our properties. The diverse portfolio of properties managed by Goodwell ranges from residential estate developments, luxury houses, commercial buildings, industrial buildings, car parks, shopping malls to clubhouses. Currently, Goodwell has more than 2,000 employees.
In December 2007, Goodwell Head Office and all the properties in our management portfolio successfully obtained the "Integrated Management System" (IMS) accreditation, becoming the first property management company that receives such recognition with the most properties.
