Goodwell Property Management Limited ("Goodwell") was established in 1981. A wholly-owned subsidiary of Cheung Kong (Holdings) Limited, we are dedicated to fulfilling our mission of "Improving Quality of Life", and we strongly believe that the provision of quality management services adds immeasurable value to our properties. Our excellent and professional management services have gained heartfelt support from customers and received numerous commendations from different sectors of the public over the years.

The diverse portfolio of properties managed by Goodwell ranges from residential estate developments, luxury houses, commercial buildings, industrial buildings, car parks, shopping malls to clubhouses. Currently, Goodwell has more than 2,000 employees.

Goodwell's quality management system was first accredited with ISO 9002 in December 1998 and then was further accredited with the revised and improved ISO 9001:2000 in 2002. This is a testament to our world-class management services. In May 2005, Goodwell was accredited with the upgraded ISO 14001:2004, becoming the first property management company in Hong Kong to be awarded this distinguished certification. In December 2007, Goodwell Head Office and all the properties in our management portfolio successfully obtained the "Integrated Management System" (IMS) accreditation, becoming the first property management company that receives such recognition with the most properties.
