Are you worrying about the water leakage of ceilings in kitchens or bathrooms?
If yes, you may find the following information useful.

Water leakage of ceilings in kitchens/bathrooms usually originate from the flats upstairs. You could discuss with the owners and ask them to check. If it is needed, you can employ professional person or licensed plumber to identify the causes of leakage. Most of the leakage problems can be solved by simple repair work.

Services provided by government department

If you have difficulty in solving the leakage problem with your neighbor upstairs, you can contact the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) at their 24 hours enquiry and complaint hotline: 2868 0000.

After receiving the complaint, FEHD will start their investigations.
